This estate case is 10 pages long. The really important pages are Pages 2 and 3 (the Complaint) which alleged Benjamin Hall d. on or about 13 Jan 1803, after making his LWT. In his LWT, after specific bequest, his estate was to be divided among three daughters: Caty Miller, Sally Hall and Chloe Irby Hall. William Hall qualified as Excr. He sold some property, including five slaves and never accounted for the proceeds. On pages 5 and 6 you will find the answer of William Hall dated 29 Nov 1805.
