21 Oct 1830 William Vaughan made his will. He left a widow Sarah still living, a dau. Patsy Stubbs and a dau. Nancy who has since m. John Orepon. Both daus. were from a former wife. Patsy Stubbs since m. Thomas Crandol (Plaintiff). She had a dau. who d. under the age of 21 without being m. or having children, leaving Plaintiff as her only heir.
