William Beasley d. leaving son Charles Beasley, a dau., wife of Peter Vaughan and Reuben who predeceased him, and other Beasley heirs. This was a dispute about guardianship of the minor granddaughter.

This is suit on the debt secured by the deed placed in trust. [Note: Catherine age 60, Thomas Jefferson Vaughan age 29 and Mordecai Vaughan age 24 are all in Household 59 in the 1850 Census of Culpeper Co,, VA.]

Curtis, wife of William Vaughan of Culpeper Co. William Curtis had 4 daughters then living: Susan, who m. William Curtis, now deceased; Nancy, widow of Elisha Payne; Elizabeth, widow of Abijah Guinn; Mary, wife of John Guinn; and the children of their fifth daughter Sarah who m. Ezekial Wilhoite, now both deceased, said children being Curtis Wilhoite, Mildred the wife of Rob Brooking, Milton Wilhoite, Ezekins Wilhoite, Sarah Wilhoite who m. John Fray, all of Orange Co., VA, Nancy who m. Talbot Anston of MO, Susan who m. ___ Hicks of KY. Skipped the rest.
