Plaintiffs are: Chaney Vaughan, William Vaughan, John Vaughan, Wily Vaughan, William Pollney & his wife Elizabeth, William Cox and his wife Fanny, Nimrod Ingram & his wife Caty. Plaintiffs are the children of Bland Vaughan and his wife Barsheba Vaughan, daughter of Ambrose Vaughan, dec’d. Barsheba inherited a lot of land called “Halfred”, 50 acres. Barsheba had another daughter Patty that married William Page. Both of which are deceased leaving and only daughter Elizabeth. They asked for the sale of the property so the funds can be divided.
