Power of attorney to to sue for and recover their interest in a slave Sarah which was willed by James Gilliam , deceased of Cumberland County to the children of Martin King, deceased. The slave had been sold by Martin King to Robert Clark, now of Kentucky. Any share of Joseph King, John King and Elizabeth King recovered shall be applied to the debt pending in Court of Bedford County against Gilliam King in the name of James Callaway & Co. for the benefit of John Murchie surviving partner; and any share of Archibald King recovered shall be applied to a debt from Archibald King due to Caleb Tate & Co.
