NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA

HERRING FAMILY

Deeds

Important Note: When Sampson County was formed from Duplin County, the Duplin County Courthouse was physically located in Sampson County. Sampson County Deed Books 1 through 7 and most of Deed Book 8 (deeds up to 1784) are actually Duplin County Deed Books!

Special Note: Benjamin Heron and his wife Alice of Wilmington have been skipped in these abstracts.
