10 Nov 1809. Augusta Chronicle.

1 Dec 1810. Administrator's sale Warren County. Four tracts of land: Three lying on White Creek in said county all joining:100 acres lying on the road leading from Greenborough to Augusta; 200 acres joining James Carter; and 300 acres lying on said road; and 202 1/2 acres lying in the 6th district of Baldwin county. Belonging to the estate of Jeremiah Duckworth deceased. Sold for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of said deceased.

Dec 9 1810. On friday the 29th of December at the house of Christian Duckworth will be sold all the personal property of Jeremiah Duckworth late of Warren county deceased. Consisting of Negroes, horses, cattle, sheep, hogs, goats, one wagon and geer, Household and kitchen furniture. Wheat, corn and fodder. The plantation with upwards of 100 acres of cleared land with a framed dwelling house and good kitchen and barn. The house lying on the road from Greenborough to Augusta with two other plantations adjoining said plantation.

Administrator's sale. Will be sold on the first tuesday in Febuary next at the court house in the town of Lumpkin Stewart county: Lot number 172 in the 19th district of said county. Sold as the property of Christian Duckworth, late of Jones county deceased, sold for the benefit of the heirs and creditor's of said deceased.

All land in district 27 of Sumter County GA. Dec 10th 1852. Administrator's sale sold as the property of Jeremiah Duckworth deceased for the benefit of the heirs and creditors:

Lot#142, 202 1/2 acres; west half of lot #129, 101 1/4 acres; and south half of lot #129, 101 1/4 acres.

100 acres of land lying and being in the 27th district of Sumter County known as the Needham Lamb place and occupied by him and Bethia Duckworth. Levied on as the property of Jacob Duckworth and Bethia Duckworth under and by virtue of a justice court fi fa issued from the 789th district of said county in favor of Alexander King vs Jacob Duckworth and Bethia Duckworth. Levy made by A.A. Wheeler and returned to me, Property pointed out by plaintiff's attorney. Tenant's in possession notified.

Mrs Bethia Duckworth died at the residence of her son William Duckworth in Sumter county Tuesday night March 20th. She was born in North Carolina Jan 4th 1795. She was a consistent member of the United freewill Baptist church and a devoted Christian.
