Note: (1) Richard Haile's land was cut into Franklin Co., VA from Bedford Co., VA when Franklin Co. was formed. Apparently his estate was divided when his widow died (she had remarried a widower John Craghead). (2) Peter David [V] apparently took his share of Richard Haile's estate and moved to Georgia during the winter of 1800.
